Download your checklist.

About this checklist:

Our Educator's Checklist is a guide to help you observe your students when you are working out HOW they learn and HOW they use their bodies to learn.

It helps you focus on the functional and developmental aspects of their bodies that support their learning journey.

It's an observational and reflective tool requiring a closer look at a child's/student's body language.

Choose a student.  Complete this checklist with that student in mind.   The results you see can indicate possible underlying neuro-motor immaturity and sensory immaturity that may be impacting that child's/student's learning potential in a classroom setting.

The purpose of the checklist is to help you, as an educator, start to pay attention to these cues and begin to view them from a neuro-developmental and functional perspective.  This perspective recognises the role of the body in successful learning.  It helps provide a different lens through which to view learning.

You will become aware of the body language indicators that show more about the learning blocks/challenges some students experience.

It helps you start to see and read

"HOW the Body Tells the Learning Story"

for EACH student.
